Pasteurization should be done by heating, holding followed by sudden chilling of milk to ensure killing of pathogens and contagious microorganism thus rendering safe for human consumption and milk is packed hygienically in a sealed poly pouch.

Homogenization

VKA Milk is well homogenised to ensure uniform dispersal of fat in milk thus enhancing taste, colour and flavour.

Toned Milk

Available Size: 1000ml, 500ml, 180ml

Direct consumption, Preparation of Tea /Coffee, Making of Sweets, curd, Buttermilk, Milk based beverages both hot and cold, and Other milk based products.

Toned Milk is made by adding skim milk to full cream cow milk to reduce its fat content while retaining its nutritional value, which helps in increasing the total quantity and availability of milk. Our Toned Milk is Fortified with vitamin D.

Standardised Milk

Available Size: 1000ml, 500ml, 170ml

Direct consumption, Preparation of tea/Coffee, making of Sweets, curd, Buttermilk, Milk based beverages both hot and cold and Other milk based products.

Milk that has been standardised to contain a minimum of 4.5% fat and 8.5% SNF (Solid Not Fat).

Full Cream Milk

Available Size: 1000ml, 500ml, 225ml, 150ml

Direct consumption, Preparation of tea/Coffee, making ofSweets, curd, Buttermilk, Milk based beverages both hot and cold and Other milk based products.

As the name suggests it’s the form of milk where the cream is not removed, the fat content is standardized to 6% and solids not fat to 9%. It is undiluted and it is high in fat, calcium and provides all the nutrients required for growth and development. So it’s perfect for creating thick tasty and creamy desserts, sweets and baked goods.
